I am an educator specializing in mild and moderate learning disabilities, including dyslexia and ADHD, as well as various behavioral disabilities. I have experience in high-needs classrooms in both public and private school settings, and have worked intensively with multilingual (Spanish, German, English) populations. Through education and my experience as a Special Education Teacher, I am capable of creating and writing adapted lesson plans, developing behavior plans, creating IEP goals, tracking progress, recommending evidence-based strategies for scaffolding, administering formal/informal assessments and providing differentiated instruction. My qualifications also include professional supervisory experience, managing a team of 10-15 people. I possess organizational and project management skills that allow me to easily streamline processes and multitask.
