Broad based collaborative effort including motivation of lay leadership (elder teams), volunteers (250-500 depending on the effort), classes (faculty, pastors, curriculum) and departments.

Responsible for staff of 35 -- direct supervision of 15 client service personnel. Creative direction and supervision of all client materials and strategies. Developed and implemented brand strategy and makeover form TRG to Masterworks. Established in-house training program for creative and client service teams. Clients included: Union Gospel Mission, Prison Fellowship, Mission Aviation Fellowship, and International Aid.

Start up membership organization for women involved in various aspects of Christian Media.

Responsible for media strategy and placement. Led team of 5-7 depending on the effort and demands of client base. Launched several daily radio programs, consulted with Israel Ministry of Tourism.

One of the largest contemporary Christian women's ministries, Women of Faith is a major-event (18,000+) company with product extensions that include publishing, music, gifts, videos, and assorted miscellaneous products. Responsible for building and establishing the organization in the first two years, pulling together the vision and strategic plan, hiring the speakers, arranging sites, publicity, organizational development, business partnerships (including World Vision US), recruiting volunteer teams across the US, communications strategies, branding and partnership agreements that continue to serve the organization to this day.

Mental Health professionals. I worked with the organization through a merger (New Life Clinics and Minirth Meier Clinics), establishing an integrated communications and marketing department to service more than 30 clinics nationwide. Much of the early work involved building teams and merging cultures across the two organizations and the franchisees. Built media team to include television production, creative department, public relations department, and seminar division as part of our overall effort. I was responsible for nationwide media placement, reporting and development. Produced daily radio program, managed live call center (12 operators), established Women of Faith as a subsidiary.

Counseling Firm. Responsible for production of daily radio program, ongoing advertising, working with staff to build audience and response generating leads for MMCW products including books, treatment and seminars throughout the western US -- 21 clinics. Coordinator for Monday Night Solutions -- a weekly seminar which we eventually syndicated to other markets and I facilitated the packaging and promotions for them. Additionally produced regional "mass" conferences featuring Dr. Henry Cloud, Dr. David Stoop and Dr. John Townsend.

Established radio lead generation strategies for World Vision as a way to acquire and develop donors. Formulated creative and distribution strategy for Country Cares for St. Jude Kids -- up to that time, the largest syndicated "virtual concert" on country radio stations, a program that continued 5+ years. Established radio fundraising strategies and programs for Los Angeles Mission.
