Organise corporate and staff events. Monitor service levels and utilisation of our corporate massage programs. Prepare presentations and proposals for new business.  Maintain business leads pipeline. Manage overall scheduling of all therapist across all Mindwell clients. Manage and edit company website. Develop creative, strategic and tailored wellness programs with companies. Setup merchant accounts. Facilitate quarterly business reviews with our larger corporate clients. Develop strategic plan for the business with the company owner.HR:Responsible for the recruitment of all therapists; interviewing, reference checking, letters of offer, employment contracts, inductions, insurance and training. Monitor therapists feedback from clients. Maintain HR records and files. Receive, review and approve all therapist invoices. I ensure that all our therapists are correctly scheduled and turn up on time with the correct equipment.My focus is on ensuring all our therapists are happy in work, as I believe that when you have happy staff you have happy clients!
