I started with Arby's when it was RTM Restaurant Group in June of 2001. While working with my former company (AFR-Shoney's) one of my former bosses recruited me. I went through an all day interview process and found the "best fit" in a company for me. Personally and professionally, making this career change was the best move that I have ever made. Arby's Restaurant Group purchased our franchise a little over 4 years ago. I have the same bosses now that I did back when we were a smaller family, so, other than some details with being a public company, my company is the same. The thing I love most about my company is: we operate from 6 core values and we have the priorities of life in the right order.I operate 8 Arby's restaurant locations in Northeast GA, and I love working with the team we have put together. We continue to look for the "best of the best" in the QSR industry to add to our family.

Started out as a server with this company at 15 years old and worked my way up to Area Supervisor. I held many positions in my 21 years with this company that went through 3 acquisitions. One of the companies that acquired us was RTM Restaurant Group, and this is where my career really became exciting. After 5 years with RTM, My Shoney's franchisee was sold. I stayed on with the concept that I grew up with for a few more years then went back to RTM, Arby's. It was the best move I could have ever made!
