Pamela is a Project Management specialist and strategic Programming expert with over 12 years of working experience, 10 of which are in Project design and planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting in NGO set-up. Pamela has been extensively involved in mentorship and coaching, training, resource mobilization, and capacity-building initiatives. Currently working as Head of Programmes at PACEmaker International. Previously, worked in various organizations and positions including National Team Leader at CFM, Social Programs Coordinator heading the integral missions and community development sectionnationally at FOCUS Kenya, and NCCK from 2011-to 2016 in different capacities including Acting Regional Manager, Regional Field Programmes Officer, Acting administrative secretary, and Programmes Intern. Prior, I was involved in a volunteer program on leadership development based at the UON, Upper Campus, KNP, and AHITI. As a natural leader, I have served in different leadership positions in church, Campus, and the community. I have extensive experience in senior level management, Project Management, Monitoring and evaluation, and partnerships and have worked on diverse multi-partner development projects funded by USAID, UNWOMEN, Global Fund, Tear Fund, DFID, and corporates among others. In addition, I have vast knowledge of working and engaging with various stakeholders including FBOs, CSOs, County and National governments, Communities (Youth Groups, Women, Elders), and donor organizations. Been involved in the development of training curriculum and mentorship manuals. Passionate about social projects programming, strategy development, resource mobilization, project management, and giving volunteer services in local organizations to bring about social transformation.I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Moi University-Eldoret, a Master of Arts Degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, PRINCE 2 Practitioner besides other courses such as Life Coaching certification, Diploma in Church and Community Mobilization Process, Initiating and Planning projects, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Leading Teams, Writing and Transcription, Monitoring, and Evaluation, Data Management, PMP, and Basic Advocacy.
