Initially hired on as Financial Controller, I worked to take over the Human Resources and Payroll aspects for an electrical contractor of over 100 employees. Utilizing specialised industry software, assisted in the flow of Accounts Payable, collection, billing and light reporting.

As leader of the accounting team, I specialize in the accountability and integrity of the financial health of Enabling. Maintaining vendor relationships and handling Human Resources ensures we retain the award-winning team and line of distributors to support our UC clients. Working in all aspect of bookkeeping/medium accounting: recording financial transactions (such as checks written and received); managing daily banking transactions; managing accounts payable and receivable/collections; reconciling bank statements; updating the trial balance, profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet; invoicing clients; maintaining client accounts; fixed asset tracking; employee credit card account reconciliation; managing and maintaining sales executives commissions; maintaining accurate financial records and margins on projects, all payroll and HR functions, month/qtr/year end reporting direct to the CEO; corporate secretary and 401k trustee; yearly insurance review and implementations; corporate liaison with lenders and auditors Working with our finance and management team to continuously improve workflow and productivity through process improvement.
