Achieving sattva is how we, as humans, can reach our highest state of consciousness. Sattva gives rise to and cultivates the awakening of the soul. ​​I have studied Ayurveda with the Boston Ayurveda School and Yoga Therapy with Yogaspirit Studios. This combination of Ayurveda and Yoga provides a complete approach for optimal health, vitality and higher awareness.
