About Pamela Raley

My background is in digital media, mostly ad sales, sales management and marketing, from CondeNet, Disney, Hearst, and Newsweek. I also have healthcare, entrepreneurial, e-commerce, social media, and mobile experience from putting BayFood Magazine online (1995); operating Touch of Fabulous, a luxury artisan marketplace (2010-2014); and helping many new companies in securing advertising revenue and or strategic partnerships. In 2018 I transitioned to healthcare and it turned out to be a great move. I spent the last 6 1/2 years at Beacon Healthcare Systems growing revenue and our client roster. I was very proud of our team, our 99% retention rate and our VIP Forum which had grown every year since we started it. We focused on compliance, appeal and grievances, enrollment and SdoH software and we had the best clients. Currently I am Chief Revenue Officer / SVP Client Partnerships at Monument Systems. We are relaunching xpress Claims, Premium Billing and Customer Services Management, scalable claims administration software for health plans (especially new ones) and county and State government plans in the Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial lines of business. We're also working with TPAs and offering BPO services. Although I’m American, I consider myself a citizen of the world. I’ve had the privilege of calling Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, and Egypt home. I speak conversational French, and the language of food. My smile has also won me friends and access in many places where language was a challenge. I speak tech to lay men, and marketing and business to tech people. I also enjoy navigation charts and yoga (and teaching yoga), and I’m always studying something (the latest being more languages i.e., Greek and Russian). What can I do for you?
