• Create and implement the Sales and Market Access strategies of generic products of different specialties (Neurosciences, Oncology, Renal Chronic disease; Multiple Sclerosis) overseeing the total of Social Security Institutes at the Mexican territory; working directly with Stakeholders such as: Governors, Medical Directors, Treasury Deputy roles, Health Policymakers, and more than 30 distributors focused on the government sales; Managing a portfolio of 42 products that represents $18 millions of USD in sales revenue and leading a team of 6 direct reports.
