In my current role I work directly with the Assistant District Attorney to effectively facilitate the prosecution of defendants that have been charged with misdemeanor crimes. I draft legal documents, conduct research and investigations, analyze data, maintain court calendars, and organize The People's files on each defendant, both in hard copy and electronically. As part of my studies at Queens College I've also gained experience creating legal memoranda and case briefs pertaining to civil and criminal law after learning the intricacies of the Westlaw research platform. Additionally I have prepared a variety of motions and supporting documents in the areas of immigration, family law, wills, trusts, torts, and intellectual property.
