Born in Torino but living in Milano, I am a senior UX/Product designer specialized in financial digital services. In the last ten years my focus has been the continuous improvement on current banking platforms and development of new services in order to always offer the best experience to the customers. Due to the nature of this services I become extremely aware of the importance of a real Human Centered Approach, with a special focus on designing for the less digital savvy and the elderly. Moreover, designing for such wider audience, implies taking into account technological and performance issues that can affect the service. Often I had to pair these design challenges with the constraints of a complex security system, taking into account, on top of users and business stakeholders, legal and compliance requirements. Before specializing as a Product Designer I have worked in different customer facing and sales roles. This has given me the opportunity to meet thousands of people and engage with them through empathy and persuasion techniques. The following years spent working in cross functional teams have strengthen my relationship skills in order to create a good working environment with colleagues and third party agencies. This, coupled with a strong attention to details, has made me a good teacher, making me the point of reference for new hires and young designers.
