I am a practicing attorney with over 25 years’ experience representing private and public companies in the United States, Asia, and Europe in commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and licensing, and legal aspects of corporate finance and restructuring. I am responsible for overseeing and directing legal matters for E Ink worldwide, offering strategic advice on critical issues affecting my client’s business.Before joining E Ink, I was a partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, a law firm with offices in Boston, New York, Washington D.C., London, and Tel Aviv. I was also an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School for nine years, teaching courses in domestic and international sales law. I hold a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, a Master of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business, and a Master of Arts in political science from the University of Chicago.
