As a seasoned sommelier and digital content creator in the world of wine, I've built a successful career as an influencer and consultant. With a network of 40,000+ followers across all platforms, I create and publish engaging content introducing and celebrating the world of wine through my social media channels and podcast, "Hablemos de vino con Pamela Casanova". My expertise in the industry has been recognized by various media outlets and I'm an active member of the Society of Mexican Sommeliers.My experience also includes working as a cellar hand and seasonal lab assistant at The Winery at Manzanita, where I managed equipment, processed grapes, and analyzed Brix and pH values. I also played a lead role in managing the laboratory and inoculating wines by adding different yeasts depending on grape varietal and the needs of each ferment.In addition, I've taught wine-tasting and production workshops and sommelier courses for the Secretary of Tourism and Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno, respectively.
