• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar– including travel arrangements and daily commitments.
• Organize meetings with internal colleagues and external customer/vendors- creating meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes.
• Manage/maintain showroom, ordering sample ranges. Booking customer appointment. Organising catering.
• Work closely with the managing director, sales representatives and customers to manage key accounts, including order input, communicating stock shortages and advising on deliveries.
• Handling of all incoming phone calls proactively. Main point of contact for all wholesale customers in Ireland.
• Ensuring stock clearance lists are reviewed & contacting customers to offer stock and increase monthly sales.

• Duties include to plan, execute and support product launches and upgrades, guiding a cross functional team from development, sales, customer service, operations, marketing and finance.
• To develop Product Marketing material such as user guides / product sheets and other related collateral for the product line relevant to both the indirect and direct markets.
• To gather product requirements for and influence the global product roadmap, working closely with the Global Product Management team
• To research the market and competitors to help develop positioning, messaging and pricing.
• To manage international vendor and / or partner (reseller) relationships
• Acting as liaison between sales and delivery groups (Customer Service, Billing, Tech / Ops, Pricing & Marketing teams)

• Responsible for providing client service for all internal and external clients, by demonstrating customer service and technical expertise and familiarity of company products and procedures.
• Answering or returning internal and external queries in an efficient, knowledgeable and timely manner
• Reporting problems as necessary to minimize impact to clients, researching and resolving client complaints and concerns
• Ensure that daily systems operations in the department are running smoothly and efficiently by assisting with software and hardware testing; Compiling Statistical data for report creation and future use
• Ensure that clients (internal and external) are continually provided adequate and professional communications by answering calls from sales representatives – providing usage information and troubleshooting problems
• Proactively contacting clients regarding on-going issues.
