I have been contracted (part-time) to Crown Law and been involved in the following pieces of work:- Been a member of the Collective Bargaining Team- Project led the development of a step-based remuneration framework- Developed and manage the quarterly reporting process- Implemented remuneration outcomes from collective bargaining and annual remuneration rounds- Developed the original gender pay action plan and contributed to Crown Law's Kia Toipoto plans- A member of the Payroll Replacement Project

Developed for consideration a remuneration framewor for all employees (excluding the Senior Leadership Team).
