For more than 20 years, my professional journey has been guided by a powerful mission: to help developing nations overcome economic challenges and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.In my various roles within international organizations such as the UN Trade and Development, the World Trade Organization, the UN Economic Commission for Europe, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the International Trade Centre, and the Ministry of Trade in Peru, I have focused on supporting policymakers and businesses. I have led efforts to improve competitiveness in trade, investment, intellectual property rights, logistics, transport, and eCommerce, among other areas, by providing the necessary tools and guidance to navigate complex global environments.Through my extensive and diverse project management experience, I have worked with 27 technical assistance trust funds across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the Pacific. I have had the privilege of training approximately 2,500 public and private stakeholders, enhancing their skills and knowledge through over 240 workshops and webinars that I have organized.Additionally, I have demonstrated strategic expertise in negotiating eight regional trade agreements, including significant free trade agreements between Peru and the United States, the European Union, China, Canada, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Mexico, and the European Free Trade Association.
