The Director of Strategic Sourcing oversees all contracts and negotiations between the Scarritt Group and Venues. Responsible for leading the Strategic Sourcing team and project performance by regularly reporting results. Oversee the Strategic functions for the site selection and contracting process. The sourcing director is responsible for leading negotiation strategies and securing profitable deals with Venues around the Globe, optimizing sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. Responsible for estimating risks and managing contractual agreements to minimize risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners such as Hotel chains, Global sales and marketing extensions, global portfolio representatives, and management partners.

Responsible for training and developing of sourcing department. Training development and execution of training. Assist with contract and addendum negotiations for the department. Continue to improve and develop relationships with Hotel and Convention Bureau Partners. Global meeting planning and intercultural negotiations with vendors of all regions. Revenue Management and cost savings negotiations.
