A creative and adaptable B2B writer, editor and researcher with extensive experience across industries, sectors and continents. Familiar stomping grounds include travel, insurance, insurtech, marketing & strategy, renewable energy, mining and healthcare. I have a particular interest in Africa, and in particular how sustainable business models can drive social change. Contracts and commissions have come from Reuters Events, Reuters Plus, The Economist Intelligence Unit, the BBC, The Brilliant, Telegraph Media, and the Financial Times Group. I also work directly with companies and non-governmental organisations to define their content strategy and deliver meaningful copy. I have been involved in launch publications as a founder and consulting editor, and I love working with entrepreneurs, innovators and young people. Whatever the project, I take an editorial, research-led approach and apply journalistic rigour with a simple aim: to deliver copy that is accurate, informative and engaging. London is my home base but I retain a foot in Africa where I grew up.
