I am an experienced AVID Coordinator and Educator with a proven track record in driving educational excellence and student success. Inn my previous position, I lead college and career readiness initiatives for grades 6-8 at Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD, where I have successfully managed a $6,000 program budget, increased revenue by $3,000 through innovative fundraising, and fostered strong community partnerships for enriching educational experiences.Previously, as a 7th Grade Reading Team Lead, I spearheaded curriculum development and adaptation, resulting in a significant increase in student passing scores on state assessments from 55% to 83%.
