As a Business Development Manager I strived in effective, outgoing and calm communication in person, at community events and over the phone. This was my first position at a title and escrow company where I specialized in recordings, deeds of trust, policies, and endorsements. I daily had stacks of paper work to organize, problem solve, and complete tasks that were needed under strict time constraints. I often had to reassure and calm frantic realtors and loan officers and assist our escrow officers. I also completed inventory, reception and filing.

I closed sales of orthodontia, determined treatment, payments and insurance processing. Assisted orthodontist in braces application and removal. Performed sterilization of instruments, lab work, and dental x-rays.

I hosted marketing events for community and created promotions for patients. I would referred patients to dentists, oral surgeons and other specialists. I created gift baskets and marketing materials to deliver to professionals. I coordinated patients treatments, payments and dental insurance.

I specialized in Hair and Makeup in Funeral Homes in Farmington New Mexico. I would take my time and strive to make the deceased look natural and "like they are asleep" vs. a wax model. My goal with the makeup and hair is to make the grieving process a little easier and to help the families feel like their loved one was properly taken care of and prepared as best as possible for the funeral service.

I preformed many tasks such as:Phlebotomy, drug screens, triage of patients, E stem application, occupational physicals for Law Enforcement and Firefighters. Prep work for doctors, suture removals, audiograms, flu and administration of other vaccines and IV's. Ear lavages, EKG, calibration of machines, autoclave of instruments, deposits and filing and organization of patient paperwork, etc.
