Assist children between 3 to 12 years old who have ADHD or in the spectrum of autism in the implementation of individualized behaviour intervention plans that address specific needs and goals, using evidence-based practice.Provide one-on-one support to children, including behavior management strategies, positive reinforcement strategies, and social skills training.Collect data on children's behaviour and progress, and communicate with the clinical team to evaluate treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to implement interventions that support children's development and participation in daily activities.Document children's progress and maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
