Certified Marriage Coach - Led Marriage classes and one on one meetings. Assisted two organizations in obtaining 501c3 tax exempt status and one in setting up a LLC. Provided record keeping for new organizations. Assisted with set design and set up and take down for weekly events. Oversaw the start-up and development of multiple homeschool groups including maintaining membership rosters and overseeing marketing the groups and events to the larger community. Developed relationships with key community businesses to start programs for students (martial arts, fitness, arts, theater, etc). Coordinated and organized both small scale and large scale social events (banquets, proms, etc) and educational field trips. Taught homeschool co-op classes and provided record keeping to parents (Improv, Speech, and Life Skills including Conflict Resolution).Home educated two students from K through 12th grade with both students admitted to 4 year universities with scholarships. Lived in and oversaw the operations of a therapeutic group home for at risk youth along with my husband. Responsible for teaching social skills, writing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating with various professionals on behalf of youth, providing family-style atmosphere, advocating for adolescents, & managing a home budget. In addition, I provided training for staff organization wide and made presentations at the national level.
