With over 25 years of experience in HR, I have successfully led and delivered multiple global HR projects, including system implementations, integrations, M&As, and change management. I am passionate about creating order and adding value through process and system improvements, implementing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kepner Tregoe, and Six Sigma.My core competencies include strategic HR management, Total Rewards management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, M&As, HRIS and technology, and vendor management. I also have extensive experience in trainings and presentations, and have been an adjunct professor at Utah State University and am a former editor of the Utah HR Magazine. I hold an MBA degree from USU and several HR certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and GMS.
