As a member of an outgoing, sales-centric family, I was destined to be in sales myself!For the last 15+ years, I’ve hired, trained and coached B2B & B2G sales professionals to help them realize their full potential, while simultaneously propelling the business forward. I really enjoy helping people learn and do so by establishing a culture that is viewed as engaging, fun and yet, professional. I’ve had the pleasure of leading these very talented professionals to attain goal-surpassing and award-winning results for our team. Balancing the people side of the business with the metrics comes easily for me. Analyzing data, reports and customer feedback has allowed me to isolate opportunities and break down barriers to customer and employee satisfaction and the business results. Participating on project teams, continuously looking at processes and figuring out how/what to improve is rewarding to me.
