Pam Heard now runs her own consulting company specializing in NFP (not for profit) strategy and change management. She just fulfilled a part-time contract with ARBI as Interim Executive Director. ARBI is dedicated to making life better for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Pam Heard was the Executive Director at the Southern Alberta Urology Institute’s Prostate Cancer Centre from 2010 to 2021. Pam has a broad business and human service skill set and lead the fund development, stakeholder/partner relations, financial, human resources, strategic/long-range planning, programs and services, and public/community relations interests of the organization.Her previous positions with United Way of Calgary and EnCana have provided her with a broad range of marketing, business, and community economic development and operational management experience in the not-for-profit, retail, government, and oil and gas sector. Pam is a past Governor of the Board of Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School and is also a past Director of Alberta Ballet’s Board and is the former Chair of Heritage Calgary. Pam also sits on the Board of the Lougheed Conservation Society and the Board of Eau Claire Estates Condo Association. Pam is a native Calgarian with a history degree from Queen’s University. Pam is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
