The Finnish Media market is about 1,2B€ (2021). We monitor and report changes in the market per marketer and per media. My team consists of professionals in sales, marketing and product development. My job is to lead the team and develop best possible practices and systems to monitor the market. We also bring new data in cooperation with partners. This calls for massive development projects. I sit in the Nordic management team and in the Kantar Media board. I have full P&L responsibility. In addition to leading this team I have P&L responsibility over targeting solutions at Kantar Finland. I sit in the international strategic management team of Kantar. I am also working as an Account Manager to some of the largest companies in the market (industries such as media, fmcg and media agencies).

Strategic thinking and business development based on relevant data and sharp insights will always be part of me. At the moment I am responsible for Kantar Finland media business clients and digital portfolio. We have created a unique system to digitalize data.

Kids factory plans and produces marketing activities around families and children. Kids Factory has large companies as clients that what to improve their message, sales or understanding in family and kids market. Kids Factory provide large concepts from advertising to innovative figures.

My work included selling market analysis products to Pharmaceutical Professionals, but also providing consultative services and training clients to use specific programs. I had a large range of clients across the whole pharmaceutical field. My work included also contacting prospects and developing new business ideas.

As a Market Research Manager I offered research services to pharmaceutical companies, but also to other sectors connected with health care and pharmaceuticals (such as pharmacy owners, advertisement agents). Our company's core business was pharmaceutical data. We offer data of sold pharmaceutical units and value. The data is delivered to the clients through specially designed and developed programs.

I worked as a market researcher for several years. My work included supervising the actual process, analyzing and reporting to the client. I presented the results for the client (either in Finnish, Swedish or English). I have done both qualitative and quantitative studies.I contacted new prospects and maintained the good relationships to old clients.
