Authored winning proposals for multiple critical paper and steel mill automation projects, generating revenue in first half of 2015 exceeding 20% of department's annual target. Traveled to over 40 client sites in the European, Asian and American markets to close deals. Created annual proposal activity north of $180M and managed technical relationship with 2nd biggest account in EMEA region.Project experience includes both greenfield application and modernization of complete electrical automation solutions of: Hot Strip Mills, Cold Strip Mills, Process Lines, Plate Mills for various grades of steel and aluminum in addition to Paper Mills.

Focused on metals and material handling industry application work. Worked as a field engineer on commissioning of L1 automation system in a major steel mill, and ran the diagnostics backbone of the largest fully automated seaport terminal in the Gulf region.

Authored a mix of technical and commercial proposals for Fortune 500 customers, covering a variety of industries including, but not limited to: metals, oil & gas, utilities, mining, and material handling. Conducted search on product positioning leading to 15% in price improvement relative to select competitors.

• Collaborated with a team of five to program and optimize the atmospheric patterns for the environment module of the ongoing military radar project. Focused on optimizing the algorithms.• Coded the atmospheric effects employed in the simulator using C++, and designed a graphical user interface with C#. Additionally prepared the official English product presentation.

• Created the blueprints of an SRAM test board in OrCAD that lowered the number of wasted SRAM’s by 25% in a common memory unit used in certain military hardware.• Proposed and implemented a more efficient type of design using a 16 bit PIC microcontroller. Received a bonus for decreasing the cost further than the initial estimates.
