Our services cover every aspect of RPC management, from delivering clean containers to producers to collecting them from retailers, to cleaning and sanitizing them again, ready for redistribution.In 2011, I've started to work at IFCO TR from the start of its first baby steps in Istanbul. I've started to work as a Customer Service, Logistics and Asset Executive until 2014. In 2014 I promoted to the role of Customer Service, Logistics and Asset Manager (Back Office). Me and my team incl. all 3 Depts are keeping the IFCO TR's business to run smoothly daily. We are providing create rental service and support to the Fruit and Vegetable, Meat, Poultry, Bread, Fish, Monthly Rental and Export Customers. CS Department; checks the orders from SAP plus gets accounting and asset's green light on each customer. Logistics and Planning Dept: controls the plan of the daily outbound and inbound movements of logistics. For Asset Control; Daily controls the customer stocks and uploads B2B movements of Retailers on our inhouse Online Programme. IFCO TR's Service Center that is established in Dilovası-Kocaeli, is also on my responsibility. The general planning of the facility and solving the problems of that location is also in our responsibility. Additionally, as a manager, yearly procurements of car rental, office and monthly new crate imports/exports of the company is also my duty. I'm happy to say that nearly every year the company grows %33 percent (in average) that shows the great work/great support of my team of Back Office.

From the start of my career on OMSAN's Procurement Dept. I went to USA with a team of 4 including 2 pilots to purchase 2 Sikorsky S-76 C++ Helicopters and their maintenance spare parts from US and EU as well. After that I started to get in detailed search of the market for a bulk carrier which ended up finding the one in Japan. My responsibilities of completing purchase orders of OMSAN Aviation, OMSAN Marine and OMSAN Inland Logistics need. Including maintenance agreements, bulk procurements, Vehicle procurements etc.
