My professional experiences include confidante and advisor to executive level leadership, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational redesign, cultural development, and employee relations. Working in the human resources field for the past 18 years, I have proven to be a successful asset to each business in which I have partnered. With a fortune 500 organization, I launched several enterprise-wide leadership development programs. I have been instrumental to the executive leadership teams when it was time to pivot and adjust to the evolving marketplace while meeting the needs of the consumers. As a result, my client groups have had great success in making adjustments while not jeopardizing employee engagement. In addition, I recognize the importance to provide consistency for the employee base and have implemented newly created processes such as transgender guidelines, religious accommodations, corrective action and performance improvement plans, career progression guides, and refreshed outdated policies. I received my Master’s degree from Concordia University-St Paul in Human Resources Management. As an active member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM - national and local chapters), I participate in conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings which affords me the opportunity to stay up to date on workforce trends and employment law.
