I advanced to this multi-national leadership role to define HR strategy to support continued growth of this healthcare technology company. I directed 11 HR professionals across 7 offices in the US, UK, Spain, and France. The team supported nearly 1,000 employees. I conducted executive coaching. ► Instituted career pathing and leadership succession program, documenting all job descriptions, compensation structure, career ladders, and development plans.► Implemented progressive HR programs including a salary plan that monitored salary actions and benefit changes, integrating those with the budget process.► Provided HR subject matter expertise into due diligence and integration initiatives preceding acquisition of Picis by Ingenix/United Health Group.

This role centered on overseeing 4 contract and permanent recruiting specialists. I formalized the new hire onboarding process and overhauled the new hire orientation program.► Closed 150+ positions during tenure, managing end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.► Streamlined recruitment model to slash time-to-fill 50%, delivering 2x the number of hires.► Guided launch of Applicant Tracking System, OpenHire.► Increased internal recruitment 25%, largely by rebranding employee referral and internal job posting program.

I established the HR infrastructure and team for this 200+ employee financial services software company, with offices throughout the US and in London. I oversaw a staff of 4 HR professionals. My focus was on launching a comprehensive hiring program that would be streamlined and able to capture key data. Additionally, I concentrated on employee relations, professional coaching, and problem resolution. I managed all benefits and compensation programs, interfacing with those vendors.► Instituted high-volume recruiting practice, adding 42 employees in the first 4 months without engaging agencies.► Defined the company’s 1st anti-harassment training program.► Overhauled performance management program.

I was the 1st formal HR presence at this billing software company, which employed up to 70 staff. This was both a strategic and tactical executive role, encompassing HR policy and procedure, recruitment, immigration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, retention, executive coaching, and organizational development. I instituted all accounting, payroll, policies and hiring for the UK office. Additionally, I conducted professional coaching with executives, managers, and employees regarding legal and performance issues. ► Optimized recruitment process, hiring ~50 candidates during tenure.► Innovated cost-effective training and career development initiatives.► Steered 2 reductions-in-force, orchestrating smooth employee transitions.
