Served as the overall contract senior manager for all services provided under the Family Readiness contract.Responsible for delivering standard contract support services to states and territories to ensure a continuity ofservices for military members and their Families. Managed all functions of the 19 Million Dollar FRSA Contract forthe Army National Guard. Planned, developed, and implemented program services and activities in accordance withthe program goals and objectives, and supervised day-to-day delivery of contract deliverables. Worked closely withvarious ranks within the military community as an advisor and liaison for family readiness programs and initiatives.Provided guidance, direction and feedback to management team of four to include two Assistant ProgramManagers, and four regional managers responsible for FRSA contract employees to total 312. Integrated andsynchronized projects, people and logistics to meet project requirements, encompass Guard Bureau’s intent andeffectively used resources across organization and communication lines. Gathered and analyzed data, and submittedreports to ARNG as required, identified systematic problems for resolution and tracked progress, reportedsignificant activities, and ensured performance standards were exceeded.
