As part of the team delivering transformational change in Bromford Housing, I am developing and delivering Dynamics CE training courses for our Colleagues.This involves working closely with Bromford Change Mangers, BAs, SME’s and testers as well as the development team from the solution implementation partner to ensure that the training for the new system also fits the Bromford existing work practises. My role involves development of all end user materials from the detailed Reference Guide to lesson plans for other trainers, PowerPoint presentations and delegate practical sessions to reinforce their learning. Attention to detail is essential and continuous checking and updating of the materials as the project evolves.

CRM365 Solutions is an independent consultancy providing training and consultancy services across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We are experienced in delivering all of these services remotely and have revised and redesigned training courses for remote delivery using Microsoft Teams.As a Training Consultant I am responsible for the design and delivery of training across Dynamics 365 CE and associated applications (for example PowerObjects Power Packs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, Microsoft Teams) to meet specific client requirements.As a consequence of the Coronavirus, the transformation project I was working on at the time had to rapidly deploy Microsoft Teams internally. My role involved preparing a large number of the training documents required and working with other team members to deliver the training via Teams to several hundred users. D365 Training Consultant designing and delivering training to large scale transformation projects - mainly housing associations. This involved liaising both with the PowerObjects development teams and the client training team to agree training requirements, develop custom training programs using the specific implementation of D365 and incorporating the client business processes.
