Led chapter covering 13 states and supporting 15 offices. Successfully led the All America Chapter to become a robust chapter in serving people with MS across a vast territory. • Led growth of 37% from 2004 through 2008 and went from $0 reserves to a high of 53% expendable net assets.• Served more people affected by MS than any other chapter and was in the top 5 chapters in revenue and top 10 in reserves.• Facilitated development and implementation of Information Resource Center which now serves as national centralized call center for all chapters.• Directed and guided 51 staff members in support of the objectives of Society’s strategic response.
