With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am passionate about creating positive social change, improving health outcomes, and elevating the value of social in care management. As the Chief Social Impact Officer at Elevance Health, I led the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet unmet social needs and enhance the well-being of Commercial and Government Program members and communities. At WellCare, I designed, launched, and administered a fully integrated social care management with field-based network contracting, telephonic / F2F peer-based care managers, and more. I leveraged my expertise in social innovation, public health, and community impact as an Operating Partner at Nightingale Partners, where I supported the growth and success of value-based care organizations and social impact ventures. And, I serve as an Advisor at Uno Health, a digital platform that connects Medicare beneficiaries with community-based resources and services.
