With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am passionate about creating positive social change, improving health outcomes, and elevating the value of social in care management. As the Chief Social Impact Officer at Elevance Health, I led the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet unmet social needs and enhance the well-being of Commercial and Government Program members and communities. At WellCare, I designed, launched, and administered a fully integrated social care management with field-based network contracting, telephonic / F2F peer-based care managers, and more. I leveraged my expertise in social innovation, public health, and community impact as an Operating Partner at Nightingale Partners, where I supported the growth and success of value-based care organizations and social impact ventures. And, I serve as an Advisor at Uno Health, a digital platform that connects Medicare beneficiaries with community-based resources and services. While my titles have changed, I have spent my career at the intersection of healthcare delivery and social support for a broad range of populations. My personal and professional aim is to empower and inspire others to join me in advancing public health excellence, social care management, social analytics, and social justice.
