1. Reading, analysing and understanding user requirement by going through the specification documents.2. Actively participating in strategic meetings (Sprint planning, demonstrations, internal discussions and etc.)by referring to the knowledge gathered through requirement documents and self-learning.3. Estimating and reviewing QA efforts as and when necessary.4. Prepare Software QA Test Plan as per the guidance of the team lead.5. Taking the ownership of defining the overall testing effort at sprint level.6. Conducting software testing (Functional testing, Smoke testing, Integration testing and regression testing.) byconsidering the customer aspect and reporting bugs in the product.7. Participating to daily stand-up meetings in order to share the current status and constructively contributingvolunteer effort, if necessary, in order to achieve the assigned goal as a team.8. Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources,defects discovered and their status, etc.9. Prepare test report, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute to defect prevention.10. Update the relevant release test cases, general test cases and release check list as per the guidance of theteam leads.11. Ensuring the quality of the daily work process by practicing and promoting scrum methodologyproactively.12. Demonstrating product features, when necessary, situations such as QA demo, special meetings and etc.13. Assist in performing any applicable maintenance to tools used in Testing and resolve issues if there is any.14. Check for timely delivery of different milestones.15. Coaching and Mentoring.16. Performing interviews if and when necessary.17. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
