As Director of Business Operations: Managed a multimillion-dollar budget, as well as reporting, compliance, real estate planning, technology and staffing for an organization of 160 affordable housing finance professionals in over 50 offices across the country.As Director of MBS Investor Relations: Increased the liquidity of Fannie Mae Multifamily Mortgage-Backed Securities (“MBS”) by cultivating and managing relationships with institutional investors in Fannie Mae MBS; addressed operational, performance and disclosure issues with respect to $30 billion in Fannie Mae MBS; conducted quarterly meetings, education, and efforts to address systemic disclosure issues.

Managed legal matters worldwide for the $20 billion private equity arm (“JPMP”) of JPMorgan, which had 300 public and private investments in portfolio companies in 30 countries.
