(Note: USI Insurance Services, Valhalla, New York, has agreed to acquire Associated Benefits and Risk May, 2020)As an Employee Benefits Account Executive specialist, I: • Manage and retain $1.1M book of business including management of onsite and near-site employee health clinics and self-funded health plans.• Achieve consistent 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction surveys with comments like: “You are a lifesaver and a wealth of knowledge, and I am very impressed by how much you know.” “Outstanding job taking care of your customers.” “What a great job Pam did at our open enrollment meetings...very informative and interesting presentations. She helped our employees understand why rates were going up, was able to answer any and all questions at the meetings and at one-on-one meetings after....[and] has been a valuable addition to our team.”• Achieve year-to-date client retention rate of 98% by placing an emphasis on relationship building, providing full solutions, and proactively anticipating needs, maintaining a schedule of contacting, and excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex insurance concepts and ideas to the lay person.• Consistently earn retention bonuses for 5 of the past 7 years.
