Managed deposit account renumbering efforts for all merger projects to reduce or eliminate negative client impact. Directed complicated merger efforts as Operations technical representative, which required working directly with information systems and marketing representatives. Technical lead for Gainesville Bank & Trust (holding company for 7 banks), First Priority Bank (FDIC assisted), and National Commerce Financial conversion projects. Designed and developed process to set up new offices and convert acquired accounts to appropriate offices and departments. Developed and tested procedures to communicate changes to front and back offices for mergers, and new or revised procedures for deposit system project implementations. Operational project manager for FDIC process for large banks to place holds on uninsured funds and process credits and debits, when requested by the FDIC if a bank failure occurred. -
