She has developed docs and series with Abso Lutely, eOne, CBC, Group Nine Media, Anonymous Content.Beginning in ICM’s book dept, negotiating author’s/journalist’s subsidiary rights for TV/film - transitioned to Literary Manager at Key Creatives working w/ clients Peter Jackson, Chris McQuarrie & Dara Resnik. and then moving to NY as the development&production exec in the media division at Scholastic developing existing IP, working on the adaptation of THE GOLDEN COMPASS and sourcing & optioning MORTAL ENGINES to Peter Jackson.Formerly the Director of Development&Production at MGM – serving as production exec on numerous films, including HOT TUB TIME MACHINE & the remake of RED DAWN. As well as the producer & special projects manager for TIFF, conceiving and running the TIFF Rising Stars program.Prior to Shopify, serving as Editor-in-Chief, Managing Director & EP at news media website Notable Life, where I conceived, assigned & edited the site’s digital/video, editorial & social content and oversaw Notable Life’s team of content creators/influencers, social media producers, integrated mktg sales execs & a roster of contributing writers.
