As director of IT and Web Services, I am responsible for the technology we use to keep the business running. We have a hybrid environment of in-house and cloud servers. I'm responsible for the maintenance of our Sage 2013 ERP system and our Sage CRM system. We have a mix of Windows and Macs. Our website is Drupal based. My realm includes anything with a plug, battery, or IP address. I am responsible for our direction and long term planning needs in this area as well.

I recruit and manage the volunteers for each event and track the Volunteer Pay It Forward Points program which rewards volunteers with points that they can exchange for discounts on future events or merchandise.

I am on a mission to bring fun and fitness to the couch potatoes of the world. Those who know they need to be in better shape but don't know where to begin. Those who have tried before and given up. Those who never before considered themselves athletic. All of these people can change and feel better about themselves! I want to help that happen!

Head Mentor responsible for recruiting volunteer mentors to match with 300+ first time triathletes. Arranged informational clinics, group workouts. Saw to it that new triathletes in training had the best race day experience possible.
