Director Of Production
CurrentAs head of the Production Department, I supervise all 3 business lines in our company: Immersive Exhibitions and Multimedia Shows, Immersive Walks, and Museography and Art Installations. With my team, I establish a production system and a detailed process to implement in all lines of business. We develop production schedules, P&L analysis, budgets and building the ideal team for each project, as well as the entire production process for them, up until opening. We support and align the design process, balancing the management of creative processes side by side with the project management. Before kicking off the production process for our projects, I elaborate a business model to negotiate with our many clients and business associates, break down a preliminary budget for the project, and establish a strategic plan for the project's success. Alongside this, I manage the department's workload and work processes to establish a production system to follow.
