My operational background skills include the ability to manage programs and people, and research and reading skills complement the goal to identify trends that can be adopted into Healthy Aging initiatives.

Working directly with the founder and CEO with extensive calendaring, planning, speaking engagements, and managing staff. The ‘go-to person’ for day-to-day questions and guidance. Help enhance and boost morale within the ranks, and professionalism in dealing with potential new business, existing clients, board members, and partners. Keep meetings running on-time while planning and scheduling ahead. Extensive support with necessities while CEO is traveling, offering moment by moment directions, locations and coordination. Heavy use of G-Suite and Google calendar. Communicate and coordinate over multiple time zones including Australia.

Ran day-to-day operations of this venture-backed business. Reporting to CEO and CFO. Assisted in developing strategies and plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations; office management, human resources, budget management, Quickbooks. Manage and reconcile expense reports, cash advances, purchase orders and invoices. Calendar management, travel coordination and booking for CEO and CFO: Air travel, ground transportation, hotel bookings, car service, conference passes. Ensuring personal airline miles were applied, proper ID and names used in bookings. Finding industry discounts, and booking with preferred vendors. Food reservations with allergies accounted for and triangulation with regards to distance and time of optimal convenience of venues with cost in mind.

Produced and oversaw production of long-form documentaries for clients such as A&E, MSNBC, National Geographic, Court TV and CBS. Average budget per show $200k. Designed, implemented, and ran intern program. Interviewed and hired producers, videographers, editors, production assistants. Ran production budgets and timelines for pre-production, production, post-production, and deliverables. Participated in running all aspects of the business, including General Manager duties, tech support, finance, and crew travel. Personally I am also an award-winning shooter, editor, producer.
