Planned, coordinated and directed ADTC overnight camps in Lake Forest, IL (two summers) and Beaver Dam, WI (one summer). Recruited, hired and trained staff. Oversaw daily operation of summer resident camp, including program business, camper/staff supervision, health and safety of campers, and parent relations. During my time with ADA, I instructed students ages 7-adult in the dance genres of tap, jazz and lyrical. I created the performing/competing dance team - Kicks, which took many top honors at dance competitions. During the last year of my time at ADA, I was an Administrative Assistant for the Director - helping with registration data entry, fielding phone calls, class rosters, and payroll.
