As the leading solution architect and PIC(person in charge) for Alibaba Group, responsible for the first-line technical interface of Alibaba Group and leads the solution architect team responsible for the following:1. Alibaba Group's R&D support for Nvidia GPU usage and deep learning applications, deep learning project collaborative development, technical training, problem analysis/solution design and initial implementation.2. Participate in and support the design of Alibaba's new GPU server models and the mining of application scenarios.3. Pre-research on the adaptation and prototyping of the new Nvidia software hardware products to the Ali application environment.

Mainly take charge of 4 advanced research projects: 1. Intel new Rack Scale Architecture design and RMM part POC implementation. NLP projects pre-research e.g. Baidu DeepSpeech2/DeepSpeech3, DeepVoice.

Works as Teach Lead and responsible for IMM(IBM system X Integrated Management Module) Core development and Power Management module design and implementation.

Mainly responsible for 2UMDU product maintenance. Including driver, software architecture and TCP/IP issues.Also responsible for the building of version 2.0 which based on Linux.

Mainly responsible for underlying hardware driver/firmware coding, Linux/RTOS kernel coding, and development platform construction. Familiar with X86/ARM CPU architecture and various hardware, familiar with Linux kernel, RTOS(UCOSII, Vxworks etc.), familiar with a variety of development platforms(Openembedded,OpenMoko,Moblin etc.). Experienced during in-service projects and has on many occasions with Intel, Marvell, ServerEngine, LSI and other companies and receive praise.
