• Be in charge of the IPO process• Liaise with external auditors, lawyers and tax advisors for audit, compliance, tax and financial reporting matters• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations• Facilitate the day-to-day operations of the group, prepare consolidated financial statements, tax returns, annual returns, management and other internal reports• Assist in monthly accounting and bookkeeping closing process

- Audit consolidated financial statements for IPO, listed companies and sizeable group companies- Manage all aspects of audit engagements including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress- Be responsible for reviewing the work of subordinates and ensuring the professional standard of service to clients was maintained- Work on assurance engagement such as review engagement, agreed-upon procedure and engagements relating to the reporting accountants for IPO- Review the discounted future cash flows in business valuation and profit & working capital forecast in IPO case

-Be responsible for team performance-Plan and monitor audit team assignments-Review subordinates’ assignments -Perform special assignments, e.g. business valuation, due diligence-Prepare consolidated financial statements

-Perform and be in charge of pre-IPO audit for PRC companies. -Be in charge of the audit team for the medium & sizeable cases -Prepare financial statements and reports-Perform Hong Kong Profits Tax computation and review PRC tax matters
