My remit was to turn around under-performing parts of the business with a focus on business strategy, IT planning and service delivery, business intelligence and enterprise architecture.

My role at Booz & Company was my first appointment with a tier one MBB strategy consulting firm. In my two years at I was fortunate to work alongside Australia’s top business minds – many of whom were MBA graduates from Harvard University, captains of industry and corporate trusted advisors.

Prior to entering consulting, I was deployed to Iraq in 2007 by Australian Government to lead a team of 30 coalition military analysts. My role was to report on military operations, political events and infrastructure developments taking place across the country during that time. I personally crafted the intelligence input for two reports to the US White House and US Congress assessing security and stability, and ultimate consumers of my work were US Military Commanders, US Congress and the President of the United States.
