I received my Diploma degree from the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2006 and my PhD (NTUA) in High-level fusion techniques in vehicular networks in 2010. Currently, I am a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS), where I am responsible for Strategy and Innovation of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) team of the I-SENSE Group. In the last 16 years I have been involved in more than 30 EU co-funded and national projects in the diverse field of ITS. My research interests are focused around connected, cooperative and automated mobility (CCAM) and electromobility. As of October 2020 I am a founding member and partner of CIBOS Innovation P.C. whose driving force is technology and business innovation. All its products are based on cutting edge technologies, ranging from AR solutions, that aim to revolutionise logistics and skills training, through to DLT for automotive and the smart mobility sectors.Adaptable leader and enthusiastic team player with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environment.
