Issued several building permits/construction licensees, including private residential properties, stores, and general development projects. • Created several architectural and structural designs and blueprints on small, medium and large-scale development projects, ranging from £10k to £1m, ensuring that all design work produced is of a sufficient quality to avoid any errors or rework.• Worked at legalization cases, in order to align illegal constructions to meet state and local contraction regulations and building norms. That included measurement and analysis of those constructions in order to draft a full report on compliance.• Created many topographic surveys including all below types, in order to accommodate larger scale constructions and renovations. • Construction manager of a new water supply network on the site of Agia Marina and integration of the campus on behalf of the Technical Services of Municipality of Kalamata.
