• Being responsible for the implementation of the Consumer IoT sales and operations strategy within the Greek market• Delivering the overall budget allocation and tracking of channel remuneration/commissioning• Lead, coach and develop a well-motivated and high performing Salesforce by embedding “Vodafone Way of Selling” and re-enforcing Channel Sales Standards and Principles• Develop and deliver sales plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for Consumer IoT products and services• Defining and coordinating the logistics and after-sales services operations• Being responsible to open new Specialist Sales channels relevant for Consumer IoT products• Maximize commercial opportunities between Vodafone and customers in order to optimize revenue and customer loyalty

• Training, coaching and performance management of the Internet Solutions Specialists in Vodafone Stores.• Expanding and training retail Internet Team in Vodafone stores all around the country so as to outstandingly offering awesome customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers, while at the same time keeping the whole project high profitable for the company.• Leading Internet Solutions Specialists; managing areas such as Attica and South Greece.
