Responsible for numerous aspects of Business Development in the International Consulting field including coordination/management of the company’s major international Framework Contracts. Active role in international tendering/procurement processes, proposals' preparation for Technical Assistance projects financed by the European Commission and other International Financing Institutions (i.e. EIB, World Bank, EBRD, UNDP) in developing/transition countries, establishment of new client contacts, development of new partnerships and pursuing new business opportunities. Directly involved in the recruitment processes, the experts’ team formulation and all related activities during the preparation of proposals for large donor funded projects. Supervision of staff for the preparation and finalization of FWC proposals and quality control. Actively involved in related aspects during project implementation. Managing the day-to-day operation of European Commission, EIB and EBRD funded Framework Contract Programmes including the preparation of proposals (experts' identification, screening and recruitment, preparation of technical and financial offers) and the management of awarded contracts in various sectors (LOT).FWC programmes involved so far:• Framework Contract “Services for EU’s External Action 2023”.•"Framework contract for the implementation of external aid 2018 (FWC SIEA 2018)", (2018-2023).•“Multiple Framework contract to recruit short-term services in the exclusive benefit of third countries benefiting from European Commission External aid" (2005-2009, 2009-2013, 2013-2017).•“Framework agreement to support EIB advisory services (EIBAS) activities inside and outside EU-28, (2016-2020).•"Framework Agreement to support the activities of the EIB Project Advisory Support Team", (2020-2024).•"Framework Agreement to support the advisory activities of EIB", (2020-2024).•EBRD “Framework Consultants for the Greek Project Preparation Facility” (2021-2024).
